PROCLAMATION
HONORING
INTEGRITY MARTIAL ARTS DAY
MARCH 3, 2002

WHEREAS, Integrity Martial Arts, Inc. is dedicated to teaching values and confidence, as well as self-defense skills to children in the Enfield community; and

WHEREAS, Integrity Martial Arts is co-sponsoring with Goshin Kempo Jujutsu Kai Organization the Connecticut Kempo Invitational Martial Arts Tournament to be held at Enfield High School on March 3, 2002; and

WHEREAS, The After School Program is an extended school day program serving children in the Enfield community that has partnered with Integrity Martial Arts, Inc. to teach self-discipline and violence prevention to at-risk youth;

NOW THEREFORE, I, William R. Vayda, Mayor of the Town of Enfield on behalf of the Town Council and the Town Administration, do hereby express thanks to the partnership of Integrity Martial Arts, Inc. and The After School Program for the important service they are providing to Enfield's most important resource - our children.
